Laura is a passionate teacher and believes yoga to be a transformative practice for the mind, body, and spirit. She works with yogis of all ages and levels,  challenging with dynamic sequences when appropriate and also knowing when to slow down.  Emphasis is on breath, alignment, and safety.  

 

Classes are suitable for all levels as she meets her students on the mat at their level offering both modifications when needed and options for advanced postures as students progress.  Laura is also available for private and semi-private classes.  

 

With over 15 years of teaching, Laura brings years of experience to the practice of yoga.  Laura received her  RYT 200 and Kids Certification in 2009 and completed her  RYT 300 in 2014.  She has been teaching with great joy ever since.
